Position Overview

The Industrial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of industrial systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing projects related to wastewater management, pipe installation, and maintenance of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the industrial facility.
• Manage wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Oversee pipe installation projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain pressure vessels and heat exchangers for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and operators to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to enhance system reliability.
