Orthopedic Surgeon

Position Highlights

  • Hospital-Employed Role - Join a stable, established orthopedic surgery practice
  • Ideal Practice Mix - General Orthopedics with Sports and Total Joints focus
  • Excellent Workflow - Clinic and OR located next to the surgical suite; 2 dedicated OR block days weekly
  • Outstanding Lifestyle - No required weekends, evenings, or call (optional paid call available)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly Competitive Base - $650,000 salary plus productivity bonus potential
  • Robust Benefits - Signing bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice with sovereign immunity, and employer-funded retirement

    • Qualifications

  • Certification - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Specialty Interest - Strong interest in Sports Medicine and Total Joint procedures
  • Team-Oriented - Collaborative and patient-focused surgical approach
  • Licensure - Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical license
