Social Worker - Disability Services

Job Duties

Under supervision of a Program Manager or Supervisor, and within Federal, State and locally developed programs and policies, supports individuals diagnosed with a disability. Identifies individual needs and works toward meeting these needs through county and community support services.

Minimum Education Required

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field.

OR

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker / case manager / care coordinator in a public or private social service agency.

Minimum Experience Required

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field.

OR

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker / case manager / care coordinator in a public or private social service agency.
