Human Resources Executive

• Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives
• Responsible for employment, placement, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services
• Ensures company compliance with current, applicable labor laws
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Leads and directs the work of others
• Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
