We are seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting on Sep 29, 2025. This role involves a minimum of 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, with additional pager call duties. Job Details Location : California Start Date : Sep 29, 2025 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Pediatric Anesthesiologist Schedule : 10 hours per day, at least 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) Pager call for 2 days during the week 1 weekend call per month Responsibilities and Duties Provide anesthesiology services to pediatric patients for various cases, excluding cardiac scenarios Manage anesthesia care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient status and adjust anesthetic plans as necessary Collaborate with surgical teams and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Additional Information Must be fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology Required Board Certification : Pediatric Anesthesiology License required : Must be licensed to practice in California Must hold certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) EMR system used : Epic Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
