Precision HR is looking for passionate full-time Special Education Paraprofessionals in Le Center, MN.

Paraprofessionals work alongside teachers to help students with special needs succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued. Candidates must be comfortable working with high school–age students.

Pay : $20.54-$24.75 / hr.

Schedule : Full-time, M-F 7 : 15am - 2 : 45pm

You’re a great fit if you have :

• 2 years of college (60 credits) / Associate’s degree, or a passing ParaPro Assessment score
• Experience working with children wtih special needs
