We are seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our team! We are a forward-thinking primary care medical group located in the heart of Venice, and are looking for team-players to join our growing medical group. Experience in family medicine / primary care preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Provide preventive medicine services such as Medicare Annual Wellness examinations
- Track and address care gaps among patient panel(s)
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
