About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a manufacturing environment, specifically at Seneca House. This position is responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the relevant state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare or manufacturing setting.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of patient care.
• Bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse patient population.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring proper sanitation.
• Support patients in mobility and physical activities, encouraging independence and rehabilitation.
