Salary : Starting at $15.00 per hour

Job description

Assist Family Services Specialist and / or Intervention Specialist to achieve identified family goals for safety, permanency, and well-being as specified within the Family Centered Services and DHHS case plan in Plymouthand surrounding Counties.

Responsibilities :

  • Supports the FSS and / or IS to ensure families receive the required level of support and resources.
  • Work with families to successfully resolve barriers to safely have their children returned to their care.
  • Provide opportunities for children to visit / interact with their parent(s) and / or siblings.
  • Transports clients as needed.

Requirements :

  • Provides services in accordance with contract expectations for frequency and duration.
  • Completes service documentation in accordance with FAC expectations as outlined in policy.
