We are seeking an onsite Senior Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to serve within the Tomahawk / Maritime Strike Tomahawk Program Quality team. The PQE will support Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) as well as production contracts ensuring that program goals are accomplished while staying compliant to AS9100 requirements. The successful candidate of Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) Professionals will help safeguard the effective integration and implementation of RTX processes and procedures within the constraints of Raytheon Command Media.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic mindset and the ability to influence peers and offer creative results to complex challenges that arise during the planning and implementation phases of development and production. The candidate will collaborate closely with all cross-functional teams including systems, electrical, mechanical, operations, supply chain, and systems integration and test to guarantee that mission goals and contractual requirements have been met.

This position is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona

What You Will Do

• Serve as a member of the Tomahawk Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming products / services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures.
• Guide integration and implementation of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customer requirements per the program quality plan.
• Serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations (DCMA and USG), as well as relevant factories and engineering labs as first responder for quality issues and concerns related to development and production products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with program leadership teams to define and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Support supplier quality and supplier engineering efforts to help ensure compliance with the supplier quality plan.
• Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to : Peer reviews, ERB / CCB and / or Design reviews.
• Ensure all development hardware (Engineering, Proof of Design and Proof of Manufacturing) are appropriately documented in the quality history records and align to quality and customer requirements per the program quality plan.

Clearance Information : This position requires a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
