As a Production Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our plant operations-leading with empathy, driving performance, and creating a culture where safety, quality, and people come first. Youll be hands-on, visible, and impactful every single day.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Lead with empathy : Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.
• Drive safety excellence : Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader.
• Boost efficiency : Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems.
• Deliver results : Hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems.
• Engage and inspire : Participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.

What You Bring to the Table :

5+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent education). Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus!). Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. A passion for developing people and improving processes. A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
