We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team. In this role, you will not only take depositions and make appearances at the WCAB but also :
- Manage cases of varying complexity from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of cases
- Negotiate and settle both cases-in-chief and lien disputes
- Prepare pleadings, reports, and other legal documents
- Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation litigation
Qualifications :
At least one year of experience as a workers' compensation defense attorney (preferred)Proactive and client-focused approach from assignment through resolutionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficientlyExcellent research and analytical abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teamsActive California State Bar license and member in good standingBenefits and Perks
