Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure. This position will ideally start February 1st, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
