Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780-$1910

ER RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Hampshire or compact state)

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications

Strong adaptability and effective communication skills

Excellent assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities

Dependable, punctual, and committed to patient care

Solid understanding of medical terminology and emergency protocols

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with diverse and complex medical needs, including cardiac, trauma, stroke, and psychiatric emergencies

Perform and assist with emergency procedures such as trauma care, stroke interventions, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma, ultrasound-guided IV and IO insertions, eye exams, EKGs, and cardiopulmonary care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a busy ED setting (25 procedure rooms, 8 hallway beds, 4-bed psychiatric annex)

Operate advanced medical equipment including Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis

Document patient care and interventions using Sunrise / Allscripts EMR systems

Adhere to department protocols and policies for emergency patient assessment and care

Demonstrate creative problem-solving, motivation, and a genuine desire to support patients and their families
