Job Title
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing CLO group processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data. Identify and help resolve roadblocks, issues and risks, including developing and driving mitigation plans. Track progress against predefined milestones. Help ensure quality of deliverables.
