The Delta by Marriott Richmond Downtown is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests

Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
Maintain all areas of the front desk
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma / GED required
Previous Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
Customer service experience required
Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
Attention to detail and organized
