Who we are seeking / Job requirements
A Design Integration Manager whose primary objective is owning and managing the digital BIM from project start to finish.An established member of the design & construction industry, capable of leading large-scale construction projects in education, healthcare and civic markets.5-10 years minimum of experience in architecture, engineering, or design management – preferably on design-build or lease-leaseback projects.A candidate that is efficient at using Revit, and digital coordination tools such as Revizto and BIM360 / ACC.A candidate with strong experience navigating DSA projects, including approval cycles and documentation standards.Major responsibilities
Lead the BIM coordination effort from pursuit through approval phase, and participate in interviews and pursuits to communicate our process to owners.Assist architects and design teams (internal & external) with consultant selection, focusing on consultants with strong BIM experience, and ensure design deliverables are aligned with their scope of work, FLINT standards, and our fabrication and installation processes.Ensure BIM is structured correctly for coordination, estimating, manufacturing, and field deployment.Coordinate with Precon, PX, Supers, VDC Engineers, and Modelers.Run digital clash detections utilizing Revizto and coordinate changes to the BIM with the design and construction teams.Review and manage design deliverables from external teams, validate that consultant deliverables incorporate input from logistics, framing, utilities, etc.Be the “quarterback” of the design process from kickoff through coordination submittals.Grow institutional knowledge and relationships with design firms, and elevate FLINT’s reputation with districts and DSA through consistent, high-quality design management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
