Be part of Microns Engineering team as a Staff CE CAD Engineer driving innovations in memory technology! Communicate and coordinate CAD software changes with the global CAD team and support design product and process engineers using CAD tools and flows for our next-generation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate CAD software changes with a worldwide CAD team.

Provide outstanding training and support for engineers in selecting and using CAD tools.

Evaluate and integrate commercial EDA tools into memory-specific design flows.

Lead CAD software engineering projects of moderate complexity ensuring detailed planning scheduling and resource coordination.

Improve the design teams success by applying CAD tools to specific designs as needed.

Focus on CAD infrastructure and setup including Methodics Perforce Jenkins Virtuoso web servers and apps.

Contribute to the development of new memory products through CAD software design and maintenance.

Develop tools and flows for design setup circuit design verification performance optimization and tapeout.

Define document and train on standard methodologies for software development.

Mentor new hires on code practices and help craft our next generation software development practices.

Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Microelectronics or related field.

Or 24 months of experience in the job offered or in an Engineer - CE CAD-related occupation.

Proven ability to successfully implement and support CAD software projects.

Strong communication skills to work closely with a world-wide team.
