Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate the response to major incidents. This role involves providing regional support for the Global Incident Management function within the Banking Production Services Technologies. The position ensures 24x7 service for numerous applications, working closely with global team members to deliver seamless Incident Management Processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in a Major Incident Management role
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues
- ITIL Certification
- Assertive with strong leadership skills and quick decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries in a demanding, high-output environment
