Job descriptionMyMichigan Medical Center Midland No call 70% outpt; 30% inpt Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend Monday - Thursday; 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm (most preferred) OR Monday - Friday; 6 : 30 am - 3pm 4 10 hour shifts will be given priority Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE Endoscopy General OB / GYN Ortho Pain Management Urology Vascular Blocks preferred; not needed EPIC / Dragon Must have experience with : spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters AHA BLS AH ACLS AHA PALS NBCRNA 75 within the last 12 months MI License only due to timeframe Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
