Also open to IM / PEDS Physician.

• $35,000 Sign On Bonus

• Busy established family practice, Avg 20-22 patients per day
• We see all ages - low peds panel volume
• Practice also provides medical care to residents of 5-star nursing home on hospital campus
• 1 : 6 Call (every 6th week- shared w / all primary care providers)- telephone only
• Flexible Schedule available - 4 10's or 5-8's - M-F full time
