Job Summary :
The Business Analyst role supports web projects by facilitating business process design and system delivery. The analyst acts as a liaison between development, business, and testing teams, focusing on requirements gathering, documentation, design review, and testing support for application modifications.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct interviews to gather business and technology requirements.
- Prepare detailed functional design documents and specifications.
- Serve as the primary interface with application development, business, and testing teams.
- Coordinate and lead review sessions among business users, developers, and testing staff.
- Analyze and document solutions for complex business problems.
- Collect, interpret, and present data using SQL for analysis.
- Ensure proper version control of designs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide knowledge transfer to train other BSAs on SDLC processes.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Excellent problem-solving skills (3 years).Experience developing functional documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for business solutions (3 years).Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (3 years).Preferred Skills & Certifications :
