Our client is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their Complex Injury Division. This is a high-impact role for an experienced litigator who can guide a team and provide strategic oversight on serious injury cases, while maintaining a strong client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex and catastrophic injury files to ensure clients receive appropriate medical care and referrals.
• Act as a legal resource for paralegals and case managers handling high-value cases.
• Resolve escalated matters such as client complaints, denials, terminations, and withdrawals.
• Answer legal questions and provide practical, solution-focused guidance to team members.
• Support performance management efforts to meet service and productivity standards.
• Communicate with clients clearly and empathetically, earning their trust and confidence.
