What We Provide (All Company-Paid) - Full CRM system for pipeline, client tracking, and automation - Pre-licensing program included for candidates needing their Life & Health license - Lead system included – warm, inbound, and high-intent leads - Ability to operate in all 50 states - Completely remote environment – work from anywhere - Daily mentorship, structured onboarding, and ongoing skills training - Clear performance-based advancement (no tenure requirements) Responsibilities - Assist clients seeking Life & Health insurance solutions - Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or Zoom - Present policy options in a clear, compliant, and professional manner - Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up in the CRM - Engage in continuous training to improve results and performance Qualifications - Strong communication and customer interaction skills - Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Previous sales, customer service, or call experience is helpful but not required - Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (Company covers all pre-licensing costs) Compensation This is a 100% commission role with no income caps.
