A company is looking for a Service Manager (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support operational oversight for assigned customer accounts and maintain communication regarding service updates
Serve as the primary intake point for customer operational requests and coordinate routing to internal teams
Monitor accounts for dissatisfaction signals and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field is preferred
Demonstrated experience managing post-sale customer relationships
Proven ability to identify and escalate customer risk early
Working understanding of managed services environments and related technologies
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services organization is preferred
