The Opportunity : Saint Luke's Hospice House is looking for an RN to provide end of life care and symptoms management to patients outside their home. The Work : PRN Swing Provides direct nursing care to patients with terminal illness. Management and coordination of care to include both the patient and family. Completes initial assessment of physical, emotional, and spiritual status. Aggressive pain and symptom management, including frequent medication administration and adjustments. Management of IV infusions and titration of drips. Provides education and support related to end of life and imminent death. Open, sensitive, and non-judgmental presence accepting of different beliefs, cultures, and values.
