Maude & the Bear is in search of experienced line cooks to join our collaborative teams. Applicants must have experience in tasting menus and / or working in Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as at least three years of experience, along with an exceptional command of basic cooking techniques.
We are a small team of highly motivated, creative, and talented chefs, and we want people to join our team, setting and maintaining high standards. There's room to move up quickly.
We offer competitive pay rates, a five-day work week, and two annual closures (Christmas week and 4th of July week), which are paid after six months of work.
