A company is looking for an Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented and has a strong customer service foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to urgent emails and calls during non-business hours, resolving issues and communicating follow-up actions
Build and maintain relationships with clients, court reporters, and vendors, ensuring a proactive approach to service
Process and distribute transcripts accurately while providing cross-functional support to other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service-focused environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Ability to learn and apply processes across multiple departments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Prior remote work experience is strongly preferred
