Opportunity Highlights :

• New practice located in Clemmons, NC, minutes away from Winston-Salem, offering an ideal blend of urban amenities and Southern charm
• Office hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Thursday and 8 am-4 pm on Friday
• The average patient panel is anticipated to be 22 per day, per provider.
• Outpatient only
