Position Summary : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing basic nursing procedures, documenting patient care, and assisting with daily living activities.
