    About Welldom

We're a Bay Area-based therapy organization specializing in pediatric neuro rehabilitation in educational settings . Founded by pediatric therapists who were frustrated by the lack of clinical excellence in school-based contracting, Welldom was built differently from day one.

We partner with school districts across the NorCal area, providing specialized services for students with complex neurological and developmental needs. Our team includes PTs, OTs, and SLPs—all focused on pediatrics, all committed to evidence-based practice.

Unlike large national contractors, we :

  • Specialize in neuro and complex medical conditions (not generalists)
  • Provide ongoing clinical mentorship (not just administrative oversight)
  • Keep caseloads manageable (quality over quantity)
  • Value therapist input in program development
  • Create community among therapists across districts (you're not alone)
  • Stay current with neuro research and translate it to school settings
  • Service Areas : School districts in San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, San Joaquin, and Solano Counties

    Ready to Make a Difference?
