Job Title : - SAP Service Management
Duration : - 6 Months
Remote ..With possible visit to the warehouse / offices once in a while. Expenses would be covered in that case.
The candidate needs to be hands-on in SAP Configuration and with an understanding of end-to-end process.
This is for production support role.
- Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD / MM / PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting / Analytics (BI)
- Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty / Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
- Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
- SAP ECC 6.0 and S / 4HANA experience is a plus
- Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
- Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications
