Modeling Engineer Co-Op (Winter / Spring 2026)

We are seeking a Modeling Engineer Winter / Spring Co-op (January - June) to work with our advanced development team to enable state-of-the-art semiconductor devices for 5G applications. You will gain real world industrial experience, while contributing to key development projects with a diverse team of experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate CMOS or bipolar simulation models
• Design and evaluate device test structures
• Performance data gathering and statistical analysis

Compensation

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
