Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent – Long Beach City College

Location : Long Beach, CA

Compensation : $100K–$150K (DOE and title)

Overview : Full-time onsite position for general commercial or public works projects. Potential to step into Superintendent role immediately for qualified candidates.

Requirements :

• Experience managing field activities for a GC
• Background in education, civic, or public-sector construction preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
