Overview

St Vincent's Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Charge Nurse to provide expert clinical leadership within our Inpatient Unit. This pivotal role combines hands-on specialist palliative and end-of-life care with team leadership, service development, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for patients and families.
• Provide clinical leadership, staff development, and drive innovation in palliative care.

Requirements / Qualifications

Working hours

This post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £44,000 per annum plus 15% shift allowance for qualifying shifts.
