Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform essential radiological diagnostic procedures as directed by the Radiologist, greatly impacting patient care and outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Preparing patients for procedures by positioning them, using immobilization devices, and ensuring the equipment is set properly to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensuring radiation safety for patients and staff.
  • Operating diagnostic imaging equipment, processing images, and managing room setup for procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, and overseeing patient transportation.

    • Qualifications :

    To succeed in this role, you should have :

  • A degree from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • RT Certification from the ARRT.
