Project Description

The project focuses on the development and leadership of scalable, cloud-native backend services for financial process automation, primarily using AWS serverless technologies. As a Tech Lead, you will guide a service development team in designing and implementing microservices that support integration with lending partners and internal systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. The role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions for the companys financial ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Lead backend service development from design to deployment;

Architect scalable and resilient cloud-native services on AWS;

Mentor and guide a team of developers, promoting best practices;

Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance standards;

Apply AWS expertise to manage infrastructure and service delivery;

Align solutions with financial industry integration and compliance needs;

Champion agile methodologies across planning, execution, and retrospectives;

Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals;

Job Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend service architecture and implementation;

Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior / staff engineer role;

Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure management;

Proficiency in microservices design and development using Node.js and / or Python;

Experience with relational and non-relational database platforms (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL, DynamoDB);

Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant systems;

Experience in the financial industry is highly preferred;

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

English level : B2 or higher (spoken and written);
