Schedule : Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Annual Salary : $85,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities :

The Senior Accountant will play a central role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Support vendor and contractor payment processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and reporting

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification preferred

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth environment is a plus

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems required
