Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Actively engage with customers at events, providing information about our offerings and promoting brand awareness.
  • Represent TMZ Events with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our brand values and mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and attendees to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to help improve our services and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about our services and brand developments.
  • Participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or brand ambassadorship is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Passion for the events industry and enthusiasm for promoting brands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to various event locations as needed.
