We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator to join our team and help elevate financial operations with precision and integrity.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Your role supports vendor trust, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency . You’ll manage outgoing payments, vendor relations, and help keep our books clean and audit-ready.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities :

• 🧾 Invoice Processing : Receive, verify, code & enter vendor invoices
• 🧩 Discrepancy Resolution : Investigate & resolve billing, vendor, & tax issues
• 🧠 Records Management : Maintain accurate & organized AP files for audits & internal controls
• 🧮 Reconciliation : Balance vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, & ensure GL accuracy
• 📅 Month-End Close : Ensure all expenses are entered for the month prior to closing
• 💬 Vendor Communication : Build trusted relationships with internal teams & external business partners
• 🧾 1099 Management : Ensure IRS & TIN compliance, manage W9 & reporting documentation
