A well-established hospital in south Boston is rapidly growing and adding an additional vascular surgeon for a 100% vascular surgery position. One has the ability to help lead the practice as a medical director, so experienced candidates are preferred. This position offers an incredible quality of life, high financial incentive, and the ability to live in a desirable location in Boston and the surrounding suburbs.

• Opportunity Highlights:4-day work week with 2 days of OR block time
• Full scope Vascular Surgery
• Open and Endo Cases
• Ability to incorporate wound care
• Experience support staff including APP providers helping with first assists and hospital rounds
• 1:3 call schedule with limited emergent cases
• Generous base salary, productivity, and director stipends
