The Operations Supervisor Assistant will clean, maintain, and observe equipment used during a trial, campaign, and / or turnaround. Operations Supervisor Assistant will act as the shift lead and maintain run conditions, accurate data keeping, and full oversight of the shift operators, as well as communicate key information to the manager and team. Their goal is to ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly and produces quality products that meet customer specifications with low cost and waste.

Duties

Mixing liquids and powders into multi-ingredient batches, monitoring and sampling in accordance with SOP's. Ensure all settings and configuration changes, and key data points are captured on the run report. Trouble shooting dryer processes {work closely with Supervisors in troubleshooting problems). Comply with daily quality and safety checks required within the company. Comply with GMP grade requirements, PPE and sanitation. Such as PPE, sanitation, cleaning; and process configurations. Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Weigh / measure materials, ingredients and products to ensure conformance to internal / external requirements. Transfer materials, supplies and products between work areas, using moving equipment. Provide the Production Manager with a complete and accurate run-report after campaigns in a timely manner. Overseeing cleanup of entire dryer system between products and instructing operations support during the cleaning process. Identify process improvements and communicate them to the management team. Follow all SOP and manufacturing instructions. Record all the process on run reports. Identify and report any failures. Staging ingredients and assisting with set up. Cleaning your area and assisting the production team in cleaning. Practice good housekeeping. Practice good hygiene.

Expected Minimum Time Allocation and Management of Main Duties

• Run Report for Running Dryer 60% 24 hrs. -Packaging Material 5% 2 hrs. -Cleaning and Preparation 30% 12 hrs. -Training 5% 2 hrs. -Total 100% 40 Hours

Employment status : -AZ At Will : 3-month evaluation and probationary period. -AZ At Will : Permanent Employment : +90 day after performance and management evaluation.
