As a Public/Community Health Physician at Signify Health, you will engage with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members through in-home health evaluations. You will perform comprehensive health assessments, focusing on medication history and physical evaluations, all while maintaining the ability to work with other companies.

Signify Health is hiring part-time physician employees to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Part-time clinicians based in New York State enjoy expanded employment opportunities, including the ability to work a flexible schedule. You may also be eligible for certain benefits, like dental and vision insurance, plus 401K match (match-eligible after one year).
These visits include a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member s home. Our part-time physician employees can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people s current treatment regimen.
Part-time Signify Health clinicians:
- Receive all supplies from the company
- Are eligible for current compensation incentives when meeting program requirements (incentives subject to change)
- Are paid biweekly based on completed visits (payment managed by Signify Health Payroll)
- Can decide the schedule flexibility that works best for the individual clinician s needs
- Offer at least one day of availability every 60 days to maintain part-time employment status
- May be eligible for dental and vision insurance, plus 401K (match-eligible after one year). It is not mandatory to elect these benefits.
- Maintain the flexibility to perform services for other companies during part-time employment with Signify Health
