What You Can Expect
The Procurement Principal Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing procurement strategies, supplier performance, and cost efficiency across the organization. This position combines deep analytical expertise with strategic procurement insight to drive value, mitigate risk, and support business growth. The Procurement Principal Analyst will also be responsible for the collection, review, analysis, and reporting of procurement data in support of project management, savings initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Procurement will be actively involved in the end-to-end process for categories and will have demonstrated a clear and meaningful impact.The relationship between this role, Procurement senior leadership, Procurement team members, and cross-functional stakeholders will be working well with no confusion regarding roles and responsibilities.Performance internal metrics and supporting data collection processes will be in place, actively monitored, and viewed as credible and accurate.Suppliers will be actively managed and developed using a common scorecard process.

How You'll Create Impact
- Lead or support Procurement transformation projects and systems implementation
- Lead and coordinate projects including project development, communications, meetings, tracking, and reporting. Lead and execute on assigned projects with limited oversight
- Lead complex spend analysis across categories to identify cost-saving opportunities and sourcing efficiencies
- Develop and automate analytics based on available data sources to support projects and general decision making. Build dashboards and models to forecast procurement trends, risks, and savings
- Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards
- Support supplier negotiations, onboarding, and compliance monitoring
- Support requests for quotation (RFQ) for a variety of services and products
- Support contract development, renewals, and amendments
Prepare reports, presentations, business communications, data summaries, and other documents of both a recurring and nonrecurring nature. Create reports to show financial impact of procurement projects and initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)At least four years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics required with a minimum Bachelor's level of educationCommensurate combination of education and experience may be considered. (i.e., Bachelor's Degree and six years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and eight years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or equivalent and ten years of relevant experience.)Experience managing and successfully delivering projectsUnderstanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and supplier risk managementPrior exposure to handling tabular data and databasesProfessional, related certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP)Lean and / or Six Sigma certification or training preferredExperience in a regulated environment preferred.Travel Expectations
Must possess the ability to travel on a regular basis with overnight stays up to 20%. Occasional global travel may be required.Salary Range : $113,407 - $141,759.00
