GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. The role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install, inspect, and test new HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed reports on diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of issues, solutions, and preventative maintenance tips.
