No prior swim instructor experience is required! We provide paid training to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed.

Who We’re Looking For :

Passionate, upbeat, and enthusiastic individuals who love helping kids succeed in the water

People who thrive on positivity and teamwork

Available to work 2 evenings Monday–Thursday and 1 weekend day

Must be at least 16 years old

Must obtain CPR certification within the first 45 days of hire

No lifeguard license required (but a love for the water is a must!)
