The Position

• The Senior Director of Compensation will play a pivotal role in shaping Children's Health's compensation program, ensuring alignment with the organization's people priorities, business strategy, and market competitiveness.
• Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this leader will manage a team of four direct reports.
• This leader will be responsible for transforming compensation programs through innovative systems and practices, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, and strengthening departmental communication.
• Ideal candidates will be seasoned compensation leaders who combine strategic expertise with hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves support. Exceptional project management and process improvement skills are essential. The right leader will remain composed under pressure, keep operations running smoothly, and communicate with clarity and influence.
• This position is open to a remote leader but requires onsite presence at least five days per month. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.
