This opportunity can begin as soon as credentialing is completed and has long term potential for the right candidates. 1099 Rate : $380 / hr plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage Schedule : 8 & 10.5 hr shifts on weekdays. For Main OR there are 16-hr shifts on weekends. Call : Required for Main OR, OB & CV Setting : 158 beds. Level IV Trauma Center. 30 ICU beds. 21 ORs, 3 OB Suites, 5 GI Case Types : Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Gen Surg.
