Position Summary

We are looking for a Product Concierge who can deliver exceptional interactive vehicle demonstrations and ensure each customer fully understands the features and operation of their new vehicle.

Schedule : Monday 10am-8pm

Tuesday 9am-8pm

Wednesday & Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 8 : 30am-5pm

Who Will You Work With?

The Product Concierge collaborates daily with customers, Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and various members of the dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that all items on the pre-delivery checklist have been completed.
  • Gauge the customer's familiarity with their vehicle and tailor the delivery experience to their needs.
  • Demonstrate and explain vehicle technologies, features, and functions while ensuring the customer feels confident and comfortable.
  • Follow up with clients one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or provide additional instruction.
  • Assist customers with technology-related concerns or issues.
  • Refer customers to supplemental resources when needed.
  • Offer support at the service drive.
  • Educate sales and service team members on major vehicle technologies and how to present them effectively.
  • Address phone and walk-in inquiries involving product information.
  • Troubleshoot technology features.
  • Provide assistance to fellow team members whenever necessary.

Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in automotive sales.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information to groups.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Capable of following written, verbal, or visual instructions with sound judgment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and driving record screening.
