Compensation : $70,000+ DOE + Commission / Bonus Opportunities

Schedule : Full-time | 6am3pm Daily

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's restaurant. As the leader of our team, you'll cultivate a positive and productive work environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence and profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Management : Plan, direct, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, adhering to company guidelines.
• Staff Leadership & Development : Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff (FOH & BOH). Coach, motivate, and foster a high-performance environment. Conduct manager meetings and regular staff evaluations.
• Customer Service : Guarantee 100% guest satisfaction, engaging with guests and addressing complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure managers are actively present on the floor interacting with tables.
• Food Quality & Safety : Maintain high standards of food quality and compliance with recipe specs. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and Serve Safe standards.
• Financial & Inventory Management : Drive restaurant profitability through sales growth, budgeting, and analytics. Manage labor costs, COGS, and inventory controls. Analyze sales and performance metrics; understand and oversee P&L statements.
• Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate on marketing efforts to enhance restaurant visibility and patronage.
• Administrative Duties : Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork (sales, attendance reports, etc.).
• Compliance : Ensure full compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and TABC regulations.
